Some customers in this area are experiencing a service outage.
Our engineer has attended site to investigate the fault today and has located fibre damage. This could not be repaired today because excavation works need to take place first.
These works cannot be done this weekend, but we are attempting to arrange for a team with the necessary equipment to attend as soon as possible in the week. The next update will be Monday by 08:00.
