Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Compliants

The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints as follows:

1. If any customer unhappy with our service, please contact Link and let customer service know. We always welcome our customer’s feedback and comments as it plays a very important part in our process of continuous improvement in our services.

2. If any of Link customers have a complaint, Link has an internal complaints procedure is outlined down below. Link team fully committed to addressing all complaints fully and fairly within a reasonable time frame. We will try to respond to all complaints in the most appropriate and adequate way.

Link will be aiming to provide a prompt reply to all received complaints within 10 working days.
