Getting a PAC code from your network is easy. All you have to do – no matter what network you’re requesting the code from – is text ‘PAC’ to 65075, using the number that you want to keep.
Note that in some cases you’ll need to provide additional information along with the word ‘PAC’, typically your date of birth in the format DDMMYY. For example, in that case you might text ‘PAC 170487’.
Once you’ve received your PAC code, simply provide it to your new provider within 30 days to complete the transfer of your number. If you don’t use the PAC code within this time frame, it will expire, and you will need to request a new one.
